In October 2002 « Displacements » was taken to a refugee shelter that has been hosting political refugees and students for over 40 years. During a 3 months artist’s residency at the shelter Marie Ange Bordas shared the community life and developed a photo-video-sound workshop with a group of 14 adults from Ethiopia, Angola, Haiti, Guinea, Chad, Mauritania, Bhutan, Gambia, China, Congo, Rwanda, Argentina and Spain.
